Coverage and correction
Accent Renovations warrants its installation workmanship on every full roof replacement it performs for a term of 10 years. For covered installation defects, Accent Renovations will correct the defective workmanship and provide the labor and materials necessary for that correction at no additional charge to the customer.
This warranty covers installation workmanship, not every condition affecting the roof. Materials are included only as needed to correct a covered installation defect; this is not an independent guarantee against product defects. Any product manufacturer warranty is separate.
Start date and transferability
The 10-year term begins on the date the full roof replacement is completed. This warranty is not transferable. Remaining coverage does not transfer to a new property owner.
Exclusions
Unless caused by covered installation workmanship, damage from severe weather, falling trees, building movement, unrelated roofing work by others, pre-existing structural problems, misuse or normal wear is not covered.
Applicable law may provide nonwaivable rights beyond these terms.

Contact Accent Renovations at (406) 590-0364 or (406) 590-4082. Provide the job address, a description of the concern, photos if available, and a reasonable opportunity for inspection. Report urgent active leaks promptly.
No manufacturer warranty registration is promised unless separately documented.
