10-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Every full roof replacement includes a 10-year warranty on our installation workmanship, starting at completion. Correction of covered installation defects includes the necessary labor and materials at no additional charge. Coverage is nontransferable and subject to the warranty terms and exclusions.

Recurring leaks, missing shingles and visible wear are reasons to assess an aging roof. One symptom alone does not establish the full scope of work. Tell us where problems appear, when they began and what repairs have already been made. Photos can help explain the concern.
Understand what the estimate includes
Ask how existing roofing, tear-off, disposal and the condition of the decking will be addressed. Some deck conditions may become clear only after roofing is removed. Before work begins, discuss how unexpected findings, additional costs and approval of changes would be handled. A written scope makes estimates easier to compare.
Look at the complete roof system
A roof replacement needs to account for more than the shingles. Review roof edges, water protection, flashing, valleys and penetrations, along with attic intake and exhaust ventilation. The scope should reflect your home's roof design and the selected products.
Plan around your home
Talk through access, parking, landscaping, outdoor belongings and daily use of the property. Ask how weather could affect scheduling, what cleanup is included and what documentation you can expect at completion. Keep siding, soffit and fascia concerns in the conversation if your exterior project includes more than the roof.
